Register to the Democracy Health Questionnaire Focus Group (DHQ) by the Critical Change Lab

 Hello!

How to promote youth participation in everyday democracy? Do educational programs and spaces for teenagers incorporate democractic values and practices?

The Critical Change Lab project has developed a Democracy Health Questionnaire that is meant to be a tool for educators working with teens to assess how their educational initiatives, programs, spaces and methodologies promote democratic values and practices. In order to understand if this questionnaire is clear and useful for educators, we are inviting heads of educational institutions/programs and lead educatos working with teens ages 11-18 years old to respond to the questionnaire and take part in a one hour (60 minutes) focus-group to share their experience of responding to the questionnaire. Your participation will directly contribute to this research (and its resulting outputs) that will be accessible to educators.

This is the registration to take part in the focus-group for the Democracy Health Questionnaire (DHQ) by the Critical ChangeLab project. This focus-group is organised by Tactical Tech.

Requirements for participation:

  • Be a head of an Institution/Organisation responsible for designing/managing educational programs for teens ages 11-18 years old in formal, non-formal or informal settings

  • OR a professional/Lead Educator responsible for designing/managing educational programs for teens ages 11-18 years old working in formal or non-formal education institution with teenagers 11-18 years old

  • Respond to the questionnaire before the focus group session. Links will be sent to selected participants before the session.

The Critical ChangeLab is an European research project, funded by EU Horizon, that aims to develop and test a pedagogical framework designed to empower young people to envision alternative futures for European democracy through creative arts and technology.
